About This Project
Boyce Design was contacted to assist in the launch of Camperdown Meadows, a new lakefront development on the South Shore of Nova Scotia.
Website Design
- A responsive WordPress website was designed to include an interactive map and promotional video.
Print Design
- Informational brochure with a walking map and lot descriptions.
- Ads for the following publications: The Halifax Star, The Real Estate Book, and The Halifax Magazine.
Marketing
- Yearly marketing budget, and a marketing plan.
- Rolled out campaigns for both print, radio, and online for the year.
- Management of Facebook and Google AdWords Campaigns.
Radio & Video Promotions
- Wrote and voiced over a series of radio commercials.
- Created a storyboard, wrote the script, and recorded and voiced over a promotional video in-house.
